"Support felt really unresponsive"
I had a problem with my order and reached out to PLNTS.com a few times, but either didn’t hear back at all or got replies so late that they weren’t very useful anymore. From my point of view, it seemed like a simple update shouldn’t have been that hard to provide. Since the plants aren’t exactly cheap, I expected a bit more care and better support.

"Kinda nice, but honestly too expensive"
The plants looked fine overall, and I did like a few of them, but wow, the prices felt high for what you’re getting. I guess if you really love the selection it might be worth it, but for me it was just okay and a little frustrating.

I had a problem with my order support just kept telling me the same thing over and over. Maybe I’m being impatient, but it didn’t feel like they were actually trying to fix anything. The refund process was really slow and not clear at all, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get any kind of update. Not ordering from them again.

"Feels like everything is always sold out"
I do like some of the plants on plnts.com, but lately so many of them are out of stock whenever I check. The selection feels smaller than it used to, which is annoying when you’re trying to order a few things together. it sometimes gives me the feeling they’re more focused on pushing what sells fast or makes the most money than keeping a good variety available.

"The website was kind of a pain to use"
I tried ordering from plnts.com and the whole website experience was just not great for me. It was loading slow, and the filters kept doing this reset thing which was annoying. Then my cart somehow changed by itself, or at least it looked like it did, so that was confusing. Checkout also felt weird to figure out. I spent like 20 minutes clicking around and then just gave up. Not really a smooth shopping time.
"Plant showed up in a crushed box"
I was excited to get this plant, but when it showed up, the box was totally crushed. I opened it hoping everything was still okay, but there really wasn’t any protection around the plant at all. It felt like it had just been tossed in and sent off. Definitely disappointing

"Delivery was quick"
The delivery came faster than I expected, which was nice. Everything showed up without any issues, but I’m still not totally sure about the overall quality yet. I’ll have to see how it holds up.

"I ordered 3 specific plants from plnts.com, but..."
I ordered 3 specific plants from plnts.com, but when the box arrived, 2 of them were wrong. And one of them was just... not even close to what I picked. I sent an email with photos, but it took forever to hear back, and when they did respond, it didn’t really solve anything. Frustrating, because I chose those plants for a reason, I didn’t just want random substitutes sent to me.

"Plant arrived in poor condition and I had to chase them"
The plant turned up in bad shape, with yellow leaves and a few mushy stems. There was soil spilled all over the box too, so it wasn’t a great first impression. I tried to give it a chance and see if it would perk up, but it just kept getting worse over the next few days. I also had to chase them about it, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Really disappointed with the quality and the service.
